New to Wave

Welcome.

Whether you've never taken a Pilates class or you've been moving for years, Grand Opening Weekend is a wonderful time to experience Wave.

You don't need to know the equipment. You don't need prior experience. You don't need to be flexible or "in shape."

Just come as you are.

More than anything, I hope you'll walk through the door feeling welcome.

Before You Visit

I've never taken Pilates before. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Grand Opening Weekend is designed for beginners and experienced movers alike. If you're not sure where to start, I'll help you find the right class.

Do I need to reserve a class?
Yes. Complimentary classes require advance registration because space is limited. You're also welcome to stop by the Open House anytime.

Can I come even if I'm not taking a class?
Of course. Stop in, look around, ask questions, enjoy a coffee, or simply say hello.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in. Grip socks are recommended for reformer classes and will also be available if you need a pair.

Where is Wave?
You'll find Wave in the lower level of the Washburn Meditation Center, with a private entrance on the south side of the building. Follow the wavy sidewalk and look for the cobalt blue Wave Movement sign.
