rhythm of the wave
Movement follows a rhythm — gathering energy, rising with strength, expanding into flow, and returning to stillness.
At Wave Movement, our classes follow this same natural cycle, inspired by the water that surrounds us.
Each phase of the wave offers something different: space to arrive, to strengthen, to explore, and to restore.
Gather
The beginning of the wave — a moment to arrive, breathe, and connect.
Gather classes focus on awareness and alignment, grounding you in your body with clarity and care while building a strong, steady foundation.
Rise
The building energy of the wave — steady, intentional, and strong.
Rise classes develop strength, coordination, and confidence through thoughtful, progressive movement that supports stability and control.
Expand
The crest — expressive, dynamic, and alive.
Expand classes explore creative sequencing, endurance, and full-range flow, offering a more dynamic experience across mat and reformer work.
Return
The receding wave — integration and release.
Return classes restore balance through stretch, breath, and mindful stillness, helping you reset, recover, and reconnect before moving forward.
